Formed in 1996 by Tom Marinov B.E with the ambition to deliver better, he realised that travel was the big time killer that stopped him. Pennant hills was the go, crazy as it seems now.

And so MCS was formed! With another two hours a day to invest in people the mission was set to go! MCS was one of the first agencies that established to service the North Ryde and North-West technology sectors and from there the world, but little did we realise that the mission would take us 15 years and still counting

Since that time the company has grown significantly and from our first Staff Appointment: Ron Harrop in February 1998 and establishment of our temporary offices in Pennant Hills the world has gradually moved out to meet us! Our temporary office in Pennant Hills is a little less temporary these days!

Having survived two recessions, fifteen years in business and still growing we have been true to our mission!

In 2010 We established a City Office in York St to service the downtown community and to form a basis to support good people that chose to join us!
