Job Description - Opportunity for a an experienced Lead Estimator to join the their Sydney site
- Reporting to the Site Manager
- Being involved in all aspects of the estimation process
- Being involved in the tender stages of major projects, including preparing cost estimates as well as cost planning, liaison with external consultants, quoting jobs, preparing reports, adhering to quality management systems, and business development
- Adhering to all relevant guidelines and contracts
The Successful Applicant - At least 5 years experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Experience in estimating for civil and commercial projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong focus on customers
- Proven success in tendering for large projects
