JUNIOR AGILE PROJECT MANAGER / PERMANENT / SYDNEY

Investing for success from its creation, this Company is working on a rich variety of highly skilled projects in an AGILE environment. To support growth, the IT division is looking for a Junior Project Manager / Team Leader with an AGILE experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with other highly experienced individuals in the complete set up and deployment of many projects.

This position will allow you to work in direct contact with different people, understanding their needs and proposing better solutions.

About the role:

• Manage productive relationships with the Project Team and Stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver projects
• Experience working within budget and aggressive timeframes
• Utilise AGILE practices in conjunction with project objectives
• Communicate effectively with all project parties to make sure customer's expectations are being met and exceeded

The successful candidate will possess:

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
• Experience working on an AGILE environment is required (SCRUM, XP, ASD...)
• Effective communication and leadership skills
