We are looking for engineers with a strong domain knowledge in smart cards, digital security or SIM card technologies to make the transition to a pre-sales / consultant role. A leader Smart card manufacturing, integration and deployment has a new opening for a Pre-Sales Engineer within the Cards industry to take on the ownership of being a technical consultant. As the Pre-Sales Support Engineer/Lead, you have a range of key responsibilities including: - Scoping and designing high-level smart card solutions for banks (not software development).
- Technical interface of Sim / Smart Card products with telecommunication carriers and payment vendors
- Supporting the Sales/Account management team with presentations.
- Provide input in long term strategy development (e.g. which SIM or Smart card technologies is the most economically viable option?)
YOU: the ingredients we're looking for. - 3-5 years + commercial experience.
- Experience & knowledge of EMV, Smart card, and Payment technologies (e.g. Sim Tool Kit or Global platforms)
- Technical background in the smart card industry and good understanding of digital security concepts
- Ability to intersect and presentation to customers.
