WHO WE ARE Formed in 1996…the founder, Mr Tom Marinov B.E. had taken 5 weeks leave and in that time he decided that 1 hour of travel in 'sardine class' was a "fat mind waster". As you do, he left his employ and MCS was started. The future was in Pennant Hills, though back then people thought 'where?'. Having regained 2 hours per day, this time was invested where it was most enjoyable….dealing with people. Since that time, the company has grown and developed into a leading recruitment solution for both companies seeking people and people seeking companies. Because we believe that as a group of thoughtful, committed people we can make changes to peoples lives for the better….our aim is to put a bit of humility and humanity into daily work life. Our virtual office is our minds, and we are active 48 hours a day. Being an Australian owned and run company is important to us.
